How to cancel your booking:

1. Log in to your profile.
2. Go to My classes.
3. Select the class you wish to cancel.
4. Click on Cancel booking.
5. Done! Your booking is now canceled.

The cancellation deadline is at least 4 hours before the class starts. If you cancel later than this, the class will be marked as used.

Once you cancel a class, you can rebook it as a make-up class anytime during the same semester, up until the last class of your course.

If a new semester starts and you haven’t registered for a new course, any unused classes will expire.

However, if you register for a new course in the following semester, you are allowed to carry over up to 3 missed classes from the previous semester (see details below)

How to Make Up for a Missed Class

Here’s how you can book a make-up class:

1. Log in to your profile.
2. Go to Schedule.
3. Select Hagagatan or Norrtullsgatan studio.
4. Choose the class you want to make up for.
5. Click on Sign up and select This class only.
6. Done! You’re now booked for your make-up class.

Please note that the same cancellation rules apply for make-up classes. You must cancel at least 4 hours before the class starts. If you cancel later, the class will be considered used, whether you attend or not.

When you register for a make-up class /waitlist, one session will be deducted from your drop-in credits to reserve your spot.

• You can join any class in the same price range (try something new like twerk or flexibility!)

• The same 4-hour cancellation rule applies

•  If you’re on a waitlist and don’t get a spot, your credit returns automatically

During the first week of the course

In the first week of the course, cancellation and booking open on the same day as your class:

• Weekday classes → from 12:00

• Weekend classes → from 08:00

After the first week, you can cancel and book anytime during the term.

Carrying Over Missed Classes

If you’re not joining next semester:
→ Unused classes expire when the semester ends.

If you are registered for next semester:
→ You can carry over up to 3 missed classes!

→ Email us at the end of the semester and we’ll add them manually for you as drop ins valid the whole next semester.
