The class is 70 minutes long.
This is the pole dancing course for the absolute beginner. To start with pole, you do not need to have previous experience, be fit and strong or be a certain age, here we learn pole dancing completely from scratch and work after your ability.
You get to learn beautiful spins with different types of grips, we also start with climbing and do some simple leg locks. How fun is not it?
Pole is an all-in-one package where you gradually work up body control, coordination, strength and flexibility.
The training is both mentally and physically developing with lots of fun elements that require focus and boost self-confidence! And yes, men can train pole too!
