You’ve laid a strong foundation with your pole dancing skills and are now ready to elevate your practice even further. Level 3 is tailored for those who have mastered the basics and are eager to dive into more advanced techniques and combinations. Now we continue working on inverts, combining them into beautiful combinations, along with elegant spins and more strength-demanding tricks.

To thrive in Level 3, ensure you’ve already mastered key tricks from Level 2, including Inverted crucifix ,Gemini (outside leg hang) and Jasmine

What to Expect:
Spins, floorwork and combinations.
Inverted Techniques: Begin incorporating advanced inverts, focusing on technique and control to execute these moves with precision.
Refined Climbing: Further develop your climbing skills with more ways to climb a pole.

This level is for you if you feel comfortable in your:
– Inverted crucifix
– Gemini (outside leg hang) without hands
– Jasmine

The Key tricks you will learn in this level are:
– Inverted V
– Scorpio (inside leg hang)
– Side climb

When these tricks look and feel secure on both sides, you are ready to move up to the next level.
We recommend taking this level for at least two course rounds.
