Pole dance/Level 1
Our essential beginner class. Learn spins, foundational positions litke climbing and sitting on the pole and how to move confidently around the pole and on the pole. A solid mix of tricks with an introduction to flow.
Classique
Heels, flow, and sensual strength. Classique builds control, balance and a confident expression, all grounded in solid fundamentals.
Spinny
A rotating pole and clean, fluid lines. Spinny focuses on flow, momentum and elegance. Perfect if you’re drawn to the dance-focused side of pole.
Acro Pole
