Do you want to learn how to stand on your hands like you’ve never done anything else in your life?
During this class, we work up strength, flexibility and balance through the basics of gymnastics and go through all the technique you need for a stable handstand.
Step by step we will work towards your goal; a controlled and balanced handstand, we do it with different kinds of exercises that either teach you or improve your handstand.
A combined gymnastics session with strength, flexibility and handstands 🙂
This class will focus on two main aspects:
Conditioning (gymnastics): a sequence of gymnastic exercises to strengthen the body and make it more mobile. We will work with: splits, bridges and headstands.
Handstands: exercises and progressions to understand how to work your handstand and a variety of moves to fully understand how to move and activate the body.
Good clothes are regular training clothes that you can move freely in and feel comfortable in. No shoes, we train barefoot or with socks.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to work with mobility, strength and handstands. No previous knowledge required. Superb complement for pole dancers.
